Your Career Roadmap (Provided at zero cost to you)
You will progress from Senior to Manager, unlocking additional commission. From there, advance to Business Unit Manager, where you are incubated by the leadership team for 12 to 18 months. You will earn commission directly proportional to the size and success of your team. Ultimately, you can spin off into your own branch or choose 12 months of semi entrepreneurship, utilizing shared services and lower operational costs to master running your own practice.

Minimum Requirements

• Located within 75km of Durban and willing to travel to the office daily.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience.
• 120 FAIS credits or equivalent to NQF level 5.
• RE05 Exam completed.
• Matric Certificate. A degree is preferable.
• Your own vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Your own laptop.
• A completely clear credit and criminal record.
