What We Offer

Your Career Roadmap (Provided at zero cost to you) Your path begins as a Junior, progressing to Senior and then Manager, which comes with additional commission. You can then advance to Business Unit Manager, where you are incubated by the leadership team for 12 to 18 months. In this role, you continue to earn commission directly proportional to the size of your team and their success. Finally, you have the option to spin off into your own branch or enter a 12 month semi entrepreneurship phase, taking advantage of shared services and lower costs while getting used to running your own business.

Minimum Requirements

• Located within 75km of Durban and willing to travel to the office daily.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience.
• Matric Certificate.
• Your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Your own laptop.
• A completely clear credit and criminal record. This is a strict regulatory requirement.
